Here is some useful information regarding the apps subscriptions you purchase through Namecheap.
With a few exceptions, all the apps offered at Namecheap are subscriptions with automatic renewal processes in place. There are two types of apps: one-time billing and subscription-based ones. The vast majority are subscription-based, with monthly or annual billing cycles. All subscriptions are perpetual until they are canceled or auto-renew is on. Some apps, such as our free logo maker, do not require any subscription at all. Printed products such as business cards may have different guidelines for ordering compared to digital products.
As far as the subscriptions are on auto-renewal, our partner company will bill you by creating an invoice and charging your credit card/PayPal/account funds directly.
Please note that you can manage your subscriptions, learn more about your subscriptions and review your billing cycles on the Apps page in your Account Panel Dashboard. Each subscription is a service provided by one of Namecheap's trusted partners, offering a quick and easy way for you to get the support and information you need. If anything goes wrong with a payment, for example, we will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
There is no grace period for renewing expired subscriptions. Subscription cancellations due to billing issues are immediate.To get a subscription canceled before the end of the pre-paid period, you will need to submit a ticket with us.
