What are my upgrade options if Business SSD disk space is insufficient?


If you would like to keep using your Stellar Business Hosting but your account occupies more than 50 GB of disk space (for old Business SSD - 20 GB), you can remove unnecessary files to meet quotas of Business SSD plan.

If you have more than 50 GB occupied and you would like to continue using SSD, you should consider an upgrade to a Dedicated Server with SSD. Dedicated servers page can be found here.

For old Business SSD plans, if you have more than 20 GB occupied, you can consider upgrading to a new Stellar Business plan.

If you would like to proceed with the upgrade, please submit a ticket to our Billing department with your Namecheap username, Support PIN and the main domain of your hosting account.
The resource consumption will be checked by our technicians and you will be provided with the further instructions.
