This video shows how to download a full cPanel backup with the help of the AutoBackup plugin.

The backups generated by the AutoBackup plugin include those within the period of 6 months. The files that are older than 6 months from the current date are removed from the list of the backups automatically.

Keep in mind that your account must not exceed 25GB and 200.000 inodes to be included in the regular backup creation. Please refer to the Hosting Use Policy.
