Can I transfer Private Email account to another Namecheap user?

Yes, your Private Email account can be transferred to another Namecheap user. The transfer can be done by our Private Email representatives. No emails or other data will be lost during the transfer.

In order to get your account transferred submit a ticket to our Private Email department or start a Live Chat.

You will need to provide the following verification details with your request:

Domain or order ID/transaction ID related to the Private Email subscription
Namecheap username of the source account
Support PIN of the source account
Namecheap username of the destination account
Full name of the destination account
