What payment methods do you accept for domain registrations?

Currently, we accept direct Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments as well as PayPal, using which you can pay with most credit cards. We have also added Dwolla (only available to US residents), Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash payments.

IMPORTANT: We regret to let you know that we do not accept Google Wallet as of March 2, 2015.

Please keep in mind that if you want to pay with bitcoin or Dwolla, you should first deposit the money to your Namecheap account funds and then you will be able to use these funds for domain registration.

NOTE: there’s a minimum amount of $5.00 for deposits made with credit cards or PayPal, $1.00 for the ones made with Bitcoin and $0.01 for the deposits made with Dwolla. The maximum deposit amount for all payment methods is $100,000.00.

Funds added through bitcoin should appear in account within 1 hour, in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours. Using Dwolla the money is credited instantly.
