What payment methods do you accept for domain registrations?

Currently we accept direct Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments as well as PayPal, using which you can pay with most credit cards. We have also added Dwolla (only available to US residents) and bitcoin payments.

IMPORTANT: we regret to let you know that we do not accept Google Wallet as of March 2, 2015. You can find more information on the reasons for this decision in Google's support section.

Please mind, that if you want to pay with bitcoin or Dwolla, you should first deposit the money to your Namecheap account funds and then you will be able to use these funds for domain registration.

NOTE: there’s a minimum amount of $5 for deposits made with credit cards, PayPal or bitcoin and $0.01 for the ones made with Dwolla. The maximum deposit amount for all payment methods is $10,000.00.

Funds added through bitcoin should appear in account within 1 hour, in rare cases it may take up to 24 hours. Using Dwolla the money is credited instantly.
