I paid for a transfer, but the transfer was unsuccessful. Can I get a refund?

If the domain transfer failed, the money should be refunded to your Namecheap account funds automatically.

If you do not see a refund or want to transfer it back to the payment source, please contact our support via live chat (choose the Domain department) or HelpDesk (choose the Domain or Billing/Sales department).
