What should I do if I can’t use the Password Reset option because I do not remember my username/domain and the email address under the account is no longer valid?

We can only send the information you request to the email address we have on file for the account. If you do not have access to this account, please submit a ticket to the Risk Management department providing a receipt received for any purchase made from your account.

We treat security matters and questions of privacy extremely seriously at Namecheap. That is the reason why additional verification details may be required.
