This article is valid for both new plans (purchased on or after June 2, 2026) and legacy Private Email plans (purchased before June 2, 2026).
If you already have a subscription and wish to purchase more mailboxes, do the following:
1. Sign in to your Namecheap account.
2. Go to Private Email menu on your left, and then click Manage next to the needed subscription:
3. Scroll down to the section with your current mailboxes. Click on a Buy Mailbox option from the dropdown menu and you will be redirected to the payment page:
NOTE: The maximum number of additional mailboxes that can be ordered at once is 999. There is no limit to the total number of additional mailboxes you can have with one subscription.
NOTE 2: For subscriptions purchased after June 2, 2026, additional mailboxes can only be purchased for paid subscriptions. Trials are available only with the plan's default number of mailboxes.
