In order to activate or deactivate Namecheap Private Email mailbox, follow the instructions below:

1. Sing in to your Namecheap account.

2. Go to Private Email menu on your left, and then click Manage next to the needed subscription:



3. Scroll down to the mailboxes management section.

4. Select Turn Off option from the drop-down menu next to the mail account in question:

When mailbox is deactivated, it is not possible to log in to webmail or to send/receive new email, however, the old mail will be kept on the server.
