Email features we're adding based on your feedback

After rolling out to our new Private Email platform, many of you told us about features you relied on that aren't available yet. We've collected that feedback and turned it into a committed roadmap of improvements.

How statuses work

A status reflects where the work stands today. We refresh this page every few days.

  • In progress — the feature is actively being built.

  • Investigation — the team is currently discussing the implementation approach.

  • Done — live and available in your account. We update items to this status as they release

How to give feedback and get updates

This backlog exists because you asked. Keep it coming — it’s how we decide what’s next.

Every item earned its place because enough of you asked for it. We’ll keep this page current as features ship. This list covers the most-requested items from post-migration feedback, but it isn't the entirety of our development work. If something you rely on still isn’t here — please tell us. The same way you shaped this list, you can shape what comes next.
