How long does it take to get my hosting account activated?
The activation period varies for our hosting packages:
Shared, Reseller, Business plans
Usually, all Shared hosting orders are activated automatically within a few minutes after the order has been placed. As a rare exception, our Billing team may need to process a hosting order manually. In this case, account activation may take up to 30 minutes.
If you order addons for the Reseller package (for example, a WHMCS license, private nameservers, etc.), the Billing team will create them manually and send the email with the information within 4 hours after the order.
Usually, if this is your first order with us, our team will contact you with the request for verification details.
If verification is not required, the VPS is set up automatically within 2 hours. Even if you receive a welcome email instantly, we advise you to wait a couple of hours to start working on it, as for a VPS with cPanel, additional time is required for cPanel/WHM to configure all its services on a virtual machine.
However, if you order a fully managed VPS, the setup period may take up to 4 hours in order for our technicians to additionally configure your VPS manually.
Our team may contact the clients who order Dedicated servers from us. It is necessary, as we are highly concerned about the security of our clients, and we take all the available measures to protect them. After the order is verified, the technicians will proceed with the setup of the server.
Dedicated server activation time depends on the Operational System and Server Management you've selected. Usually, all Dedicated servers on CentOS are activated within 4 hours after the order has been placed. In case you have ordered a server with the Complete management or a server on another OS, the account’s activation may take up to 24 hours. Once it is finished, the welcome email with all the details for your server is sent to you.
