What is the Q&A button on your website about?

We've added some frequently asked questions and answers to our website and account panel. The goal of this addition is to make the information, which is specifically related to each section or page, more readily accessible.
We will continue to add more information to this system, based on your suggestions. Our support Knowledgebase, Live chat, and Ticket System are still available for more detailed information and account-specific questions.

How do I exit/close this?

Once you have selected the Q&A box, you will only be able to browse the website in the Q&A mode. To exit the mode and return to your normal browsing, click the "X" in the top right corner of the page.

What software are you using for Q&A?

We're using AnswerDash.

Will I get a reply if I ask a question?

You will not receive a direct reply through this system. Our team will review questions and suggested additions. Where appropriate, additional Q&A information may be added to our site as a result. If you have a question which is related specifically to your account, is urgent in nature, or may require additional communication between you and our staff, we ask that you submit these inquiries using our regular Ticket System or Live chat. This will ensure a direct reply and resolution on your specific issue or request.
