We are currently dealing with an outage caused by a cooling system failure at our Phoenix data center.
While core systems are back online, residual issues remain for certain VPS and Dedicated Servers. You may notice this as
servers being unreachable via ping, or websites showing 503 errors.
Our technical team is actively working on the case. The VPS infrastructure is being restored globally, and we will provide progress updates in our status post.
Because Dedicated Servers require a case-by-case approach, we ask that you contact our support team via Live Chat or Email for a direct investigation if you are experiencing downtime.
