This Registration Data Access Protocol (“RDAP”) Terms of Service Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the use of Our RDAP service. In this Agreement, “You” and “Your” refer to You as the user of the RDAP service, or any agent, employee, or person authorized to act on Your behalf. “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Namecheap, Inc., as well as its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“Namecheap”).
