From the day I started building Namecheap.com from scratch to the present day and beyond, my focus is to architect, engineer, and develop products and infrastructure that puts the customer first. I strive to bring to life our company's vision to build the best-in-class user interface to make it simple and painless for our customers to purchase and manage products all the while keeping in the mind that we are being entrusted with your invaluable domains. I constantly direct our team on new products as well as seek feedback and adapt our existing products to best suit our customers' needs.

I became involved with Namecheap in 2006, founding and launching the hosting division. After months of meticulous planning, we launched our hosting division using the usual Namecheap ingredients: great customer service, competitive pricing and an industry leading product. I work closely with our management team concentrating on the hosting side of our business as we continue to evolve our products and services. Our whole ethos is centered around customer service and this makes Namecheap a great company to work for.

I joined Namecheap in 2007. As a Support Team Manager, my main responsibility is to ensure that all our customers are provided with the best value and service possible. To do that, I manage and coordinate our customer service team. Making the customer happy is really our mission here at Namecheap and I'm excited to serve each and every day. I'm very proud of being part of the Namecheap team!

I joined Namecheap in 2007. As a General Hosting Manager, I work on our hosting offerings to ensure we provide quality and reliable service and qualified support. I'm proud that our hosting has grown into a division with a wide range of products that can fit any customer's needs.

I love my job, I love our team and I feel happy each time I hear our customers trust Namecheap and like the service we provide.

I joined Namecheap in 2007 and am in charge of coordinating fraud analysts’ work to detect and prevent any kind of fraud commited against us or our clients. To achieve the goals I need to make sure that my team uses up-to-date online fraud detection tools to identify malicious users and our clients are provided with the best set of security measures. Security of our clients is our highest priority!

I joined Namecheap in 2007 as technical support team member, and today I am the hosting team leader. My responsibilities include planning technical team work and training, performing infrastructure changes and working on new hardware orders, optimizing our services, and overseeing the technical base for our new startups. I have IT experience since 1999 and have worked as a support staff member at a partner web hosting company. Our focus today is providing excellent Linux-based web hosting, ensuring that it is stable, easy, and usable for everyone. Since I have joined Namecheap, we have made many improvements to our services, developed new offerings, and enhanced old ones.

Today, the hosting department is responsible for just about everything at Namecheap, from the the basic infrastructure, including ensuring that registrar services (DNS, WhoisGuard, email and URL forwarding) stay up and running. We manage all Namecheap hosting services and ensure that our users are assisted in the event of any technical problems.

I joined the Namecheap development team in 2009, where our focus is on the development and integration of new Namecheap services such as Open Exchange, DNS.com, Namecheap Mobile, Registrar Engine, and other offerings. I deal with project management and planning, coordination of development team tasks, and user management. I'm proud to be a part of self-organized team of smart IT guys. We do our best to make Namecheap services better from the technical side, making Namecheap an excellent offering all around.

I joined Namecheap in 2010. For me as marketing manager, a customer is the focal point of activity. Because of this, my day-to-day tasks revolve around making sure we understand the needs of our customers, offering the service that effectively satisfies them, and marketing this service in an efficient way.

I joined Namecheap in 2009 and focus on content development and social media marketing, among other duties. I have been a Namecheap customer since 2005 because of its stellar service and reliability, and I continue to be excited everyday to evangelize our brand to our customers while offering the best support our customers could ever expect of a company.
