This is to inform you of the upcoming scheduled maintenance for the Private Email service.
We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Private Email infrastructure on Saturday, September 26, starting at 10:00 AM EEST (07:00 UTC).
The maintenance is expected to take up to 1 hour 15 minutes.
Time: 10:00 AM EEST | 07:00 UTC.
Expected downtime: ~40 minutes
During this window, some customers may experience interruptions to webmail and email client (IMAP) access, lasting up to 40 minutes.
Emails sent to affected accounts during the window will be queued and delivered as normal once the maintenance is complete.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to improve the stability of our email infrastructure.
