This is to inform you about a forthcoming Private Email software update. The upgrade will take place on August 19, at 02:00 AM EDT | 06:00 UTC. This upgrade is necessary to apply firmware and software updates to maintain a secure, stable, and high-performing infrastructure.
Maintenance window: 1 hour 30 minutes.
Services impacted: web interface and IMAP/POP3/SMTP will not work for some mailboxes, and incoming emails will be delayed.
Expected downtime: Several short downtimes (1–5 minutes each) may occur during the maintenance window for some mailboxes.
