We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with our upstream provider due to which management of DNS settings of .COM.AU, .NET.AU, and .ORG.AU domains registered since May 29, 2025 may not be possible. The management of domains registered prior to this date should function as usual.
This issue has been reported to our upstream provider. We do not have any ETA on the fix for now, but we are working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please allow some time for the issue to get resolved.

Unfortunately, the issues have not been fully resolved. We are actively cooperating with our upstream provider to have the matter addressed as soon as possible. Once we have any news, this post will be updated right away.
