Dear Customers,
We regret to inform you that our upstream provider, SSL.com, is currently experiencing issues that are causing delays in certificate issuance.
Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for the issue’s resolution. We are communicating with SSL.com CA and will keep you updated.
If you have already completed the Domain Control Validation (DCV) process, no further action is required. Please allow some additional time for your certificate to be issued.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,
Namecheap Support Team
