02:00 – 06:00 AM EST | 07:00 – 11:00 UTC
During the maintenance window it may not be possible to access or manage the apps and Domain Vault subscriptions you have with us.
It may not be possible to log in to Namecheap accounts both Production and Sandbox with Two-Factor Authentication and Trusted Devices features.
The verification in chat engagements will be performed via Username + Support PIN only. Support PIN can be found as described here.
The services that you have with us will not be affected.
