This is to inform you about a forthcoming Private Email software update. The upgrade will take place on June 14, 2025, at 3:00 AM EDT | 07:00 UTC. This upgrade is necessary to apply firmware and software updates to maintain a secure, stable, and high-performing infrastructure.
Maintenance window: 2 hours 50 minutes.
Services impacted: downtime of the web interface, DAV/CALDAV, ActiveSync on mobile, and billing order processing. IMAP/POP3/SMTP will not work for some mailboxes, and incoming emails will be delayed.
