This is to inform you about a forthcoming Private Email Maintenance. The update will take place on October 24, 2026.
The maintenance is expected to take up to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Time: 3:00 – 4:10 AM EDT | 7:00 – 8:10 UTC
Duration: 1 hour and 10 minutes
Downtime: ~35 minutes
During this window, some Private Email users may be unable to access their mailboxes via IMAP, POP3 and Webmail. Mail clients of affected users will show a maintenance message.
Incoming emails for affected mailboxes will be delayed, not lost. They will be delivered once the maintenance is complete.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to improve the stability of our email infrastructure.
