We regret to inform you that Private Email Service is experiencing temporary login issues that have caused the webmail interface and email clients’ connections to become unavailable for some users.
Only legacy Private Email plans that were purchased before June 2, 2026 are affected.
Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA so far. We will surely keep you updated on the progress.
