This is to inform you about a forthcoming software update on our Private Email server. The maintenance will take place on August 15, 2026, at 3:00 AM EDT | 07:00 UTC. This upgrade is necessary in order to increase the service performance of our servers.
Maintenance window: 2 hours 15 minutes
Services impacted: Webmail, DAV/CALDAV, and processing of billing orders will be unavailable for up to 2 hours.
Customers affected: users of Private Email subscriptions purchased before June 2, 2026, who are using OX interface.
Customers with Launch, Expand, and Scale plans will not be affected.
Once the maintenance starts, we will update you via this status post, which is why we highly advise you to bookmark this page.
