This is to inform you about a forthcoming Private Email Maintenance.
The update will take place on July 7th, 2026, at 2:00 AM EDT | 06:00 UTC. This update is necessary to apply software updates to maintain a secure, stable, and high-performing infrastructure.
Duration: up to 1 hour
Services impacted: During the whole maintenance window, the following services will not be available for Private Email users with Launch, Expand, ans Scale plans, i.e. customers who created a Private Email subscription on or after June 2, 2026):
- Users will not be able to access their emails over IMAP or POP3 (including Webmail).
- Incoming emails will be gathered in a queue and delivered once the service becomes available after the maintenance.
- Outgoing emails will be sent, but copies of sent emails won’t be placed in the Sent folder due to IMAP/POP3 unavailability.
The users with the new (abovementioned) plans will see errors such as “Error occurred. Email has not been loaded”; “Error occurred while loading emails”; “Something went wrong. Try to reload the page.” and similar on Webmail.
