Your domain registration orders may fail without an error message. Internal error occurred while calling service provider. The domain renewals – A task was canceled.
Our technology team is working on the issue and doing their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA so far. We will surely keep you updated on the progress.
All the failed orders will be either refunded or reprocessed by the Billing team. For now, please refrain from submitting orders till the issues are completely resolved.

The issue is resolved now. However, we will need about 12 hours to manually check all failed orders and reprocess/refund them.
