We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Private Email infrastructure on Saturday, October 17 , starting at 03:00 AM EDT (07:00 UTC).
The maintenance is expected to take up to 2 hours 30 minutes
Time: 03:00 AM EDT | 07:00 UTC.
Expected downtime: ~60 minutes
During this window, some customers may experience interruptions to webmail and email client (IMAP, POP3, SMTP) access, lasting up to 60 minutes.
Emails sent to affected accounts during the window will be queued and delivered as normal once the maintenance is complete.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to improve the stability of our email infrastructure.
