Unfortunately, we are experiencing issues with the Two-Factor Authentication feature currently. The authentication codes sent via SMS may not be delivered, making it impossible to log in to Namecheap accounts when using the SMS 2FA method.
We are investigating the issues with our communication platform provider, and as soon as we have any news, we will update this status post.
This will not affect any of your services, however, and our Customer Support Team will be available via Live Chat and the ticket system should you have any questions or concerns.
