The orders may fail with the following errors: “The operation has timed out” and “No invoice to pay for service”. Our Billing Team is working on reprocessing such orders.
Also, it may not be possible to add the hosting renewal to the shopping cart. The error is “No Item added to the cart. Item(s) you are trying to add to cart are not valid.”
Please rest assured that we are also working on the resolution of the issue. Unfortunately, we have no ETA so far. We will surely keep you updated on the progress.
