Timeframe: There is no ETA at the moment unfortunately.
Affected services: the hosted websites, email accounts, cPanel interface, MySQL, FTP and SSH access are not available.

Fortunately, our technical team has managed to restore server workability. Along with that, some additional maintenance is still required, and it can impact availability of the hosted accounts’ resources and services. Once the issue is fully resolved, we will provide updates via this blog post.
