We are currently facing issues with the renewals of domain names with different TLDs.
Your domain renewal orders may fail without an error message. Auto-renewals may also not be processed successfully.
Our technology team is working on the issue and doing their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA so far. We will surely keep you updated on the progress.
All the failed orders will be either refunded or reprocessed by the Billing team. For now, please refrain from submitting orders till the issues are completely resolved.

Domains scheduled for automatic renewal were successfully renewed by our automated system as expected. However, due to a system error, duplicate renewal attempts were generated for the same domains. These duplicate orders failed because the domains had already been renewed.
The issue is resolved now. However, we will need about 24 hours to manually process refunds for duplicate charges and to verify that all renewals have been successfully completed.
