Signup for G Suite (Google Apps)

G Suite (Google Apps) package provides a wide range of tools designed for collaboration of a team that you run, no matter its size.

The initial signup process and service trial is free, but please consider that Google does not provide G Suite packages for free, so you may wish to get acquainted with their pricing first: https://gsuite.google.com/pricing.html

NOTE: These instructions are for G Suite accounts purchased directly from G Suite official website.

Once you are ready to get started, it is necessary to create an account on Google’s side before you take any further steps required for a successful G Suite setup. Thus, please visit the https://gsuite.google.com/ page (you may start from the Pricing page mentioned above) and click the Get Started button:




You will be directed to the page where you are required to specify brief information about your company. On the first page, please click Next:



Enter your Organization's name (if any), specify the amount of employees and click Next again:



After it, it's needed to specify your business location. Please choose it from the drop-down menu and click Next:



On the next page, please specify your current email address (for example, it may be your current @gmail, @yahoo or other address) and click Next:



Then you will be asked whether your business has a domain name or not. Please click on the “Yes, I have one I can use” button:



Next, it's needed to provide the domain name for your business (e.g. "namecheap.com") and click Next:



Next, fill in your First and Last name:



On the next page, you will be asked to enter the username and password for your G Suite profile that will be used each time you log in to the G Suite account. Once you are ready, click Next:
 


Confirm captcha and agree to G Suite Agreement by clicking Agree and create account:


Congratulations! You have now successfully finished the signup process.

But that’s just the first step out of three (the other ones are domain ownership validation and email setup) before you may actually start using all the benefits of G Suite.
