This announcement is to inform you about the upcoming scheduled maintenance that is going to take place at Hosting Platform on Dec/8/2025.
During the maintenance, it might not be impossible to purchase Shared and Reseller hosting packages. Also, activation of your existing orders for these hosting types might be delayed. It might also be impossible to perform modifications to already existing packages (upgrades, downgrades, main domain/cPanel username changes, adding domains to cPanel, etc.). DNS operations should not be impacted.
Please rest assured that the Billing Team will activate all the ordered shared and reseller packages once the maintenance ends, and you will receive access to the purchased services.
Timeframes:
03:30 AM – 04:30 AM EST | 08:30 – 09:30 UTC
We will keep you updated on the progress and will let you know once the maintenance is completed.
