Temporary issues with the Private Email Exchange/ActiveSync setup

Dear Customers,

Unfortunately, after the recent Private Email maintenance, we started experiencing issues with the email accounts configured with the Exchange/ActiveSync protocol. As a result, emails and folders may not load properly. Additionally, you might receive error messages such as “Server Error”, “Cannot Get email”, etc. Such issues persist in various email clients and devices ( IOS, Windows, Android ).

As an option, you can use webmail https://privateemail.com/ or set up your Private Email account via IMAP/POP3 protocol.
