Issues with Renewals of Hosting Packages

Dear Customers,

Currently we are experiencing technical issues with our hosting billing system.

As a results, you may not be able to submit an order for your hosting package renewal in some cases. You may receive ‘Your account has been temporarily blocked. Please contact Customer Support to find out more’ error message in your Namecheap account. Additionally, the service will be absent in Expiring/Expired section.

Our team is diligently working on the resolution of the issue. Unfortunately, we have no ETA so far. We will surely keep you updated on the progress.

As a workaround, our Billing team can renew your package manually using your Namecheap funds. If you wish to proceed, please submit a ticket to our Billing department.
