  • For many people, registering a domain name is one of the very first steps in changing a dream into reality. The goal of the Product team within Namecheap, is to first understand what newly inspired people need to take more than a first step, then to conceptualize and build the products and services these inspired people need to change their dreams, into reality

  • Aggressively validate customer requirements and recommend product solutions

  • Interface with Marketing to ensure alignment with Customer Segmentation insights and requirements

  • Monitor current and potential competitor practices to ensure Namecheap position is ahead of market and competitive

  • Effective navigation of Namecheap global organization to ideate, evangelize and implement new products that meet customer needs requires strong collaboration and partnership with Marketing, UX, Technology, Customer Support

  • Establish product development approach, process and accountabilities

  • Actively engage in key industry conferences and groups to stay at pace/anticipate emerging product opportunities
