Paid Search Manager

We are looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager for Namecheap’s WordPress Hosting (EasyWP) product to manage global digital media channels focused on customer acquisition.

  • Full ownership of paid search performance for Namecheap’s “EasyWP” WordPress Hosting product.

  • Responsible for campaign setup, launches, maintenance, reporting, including keyword research, ad copy creation and competitive intelligence.

  • Analyze paid search campaigns to identify strengths and weaknesses and ensure proper financial allocations.

  • Deliver reporting and insights to internal stakeholders including the PPC and product teams.

  • Partner with the Product Team and business leaders to align traffic acquisition strategies with the goals and objectives of the overall business.

  • Evaluate and adjust strategies to improve campaign performance, e.g., bidding, keyword generation, advertising copy, reporting, and analytical techniques.

  • Provide forecasting and budgeting guidelines for financial reporting.

  • Develop testing, e.g., A/B or multivariate tests, for key SEM performance levers, e.g., ad copy and landing page.

  • Scale projects across other Namecheap PPC accounts to drive growth across the organization.

  • Develop and manage accounts across multiple platforms including Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

  • Ensure campaigns are optimized and delivering against conversion and ROAS goals. Manage bidding and ad budgets in line with the overall strategy.

This job might be for you if

  • 3-4 years’ experience in PPC with a track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Experience in delivering results for high-cost, high-volume keywords that Namecheap targets.

  • Excellent analytical and data skills including strong Microsoft Excel knowledge.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other web metric systems.

  • Good knowledge of bid management & automation tools (DoubleClick, Kenshoo, Marin, Adobe, etc.)

  • Results-oriented and resourceful with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ready to work in a global and multicultural environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

  • Very good English skills (written and verbal).

You will work closely with

  • Head of Paid Search and Product Heads.


  • Relevant degree in digital marketing, math, or ecommerce.

  • Experience working within the global WordPress community.

  • Project management experience.
