Online Advertising Manager -

The Online Advertising Manager for and will be responsible for planning and executing online advertising. Develop testing and tracking plus manage a budget across multiple advertising mediums. This person is expected to be savvy to our industry and audience, self-motivated, and exceptionally data-driven and organized.


  • Track, report, and analyze client SEO and PPC and Display campaigns

  • Manage campaign expenses, estimating monthly costs and reconciling campaign budgets

  • Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities to maximize website and PPC campaign ROI

  • Provide recommendations, execute/mange strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals

  • Help guide and educate in-house writing team on algorithm changes and content optimization best practices

  • Work with writing and social media teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programing

  • Develop, implement, and manage client link building campaigns

  • Work with programmers to recommend changes to website architecture and on-site elements to improve SEO

  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results


  • + 5 years experience in SEO and PPC

  • Proven SEO experience

  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC/Display campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
