Global Talent’s Communication Specialist will design communication strategies and content that engage our people with Global Talent’s products and services. With an initial emphasis on our new enterprise learning platform, we are looking for someone who is fresh, courageous, creative, passionate, and makes things happen. This role is an important link between an operational business function (Global Talent) and the customer- and product-facing parts of a dynamic technology company. Location: Flexible

The location for this role is flexible; your office is where you make it. You will collaborate with colleagues from all parts of the company to develop and deliver high engagement communications. And here's the awesome part: your colleagues will be in countries across Europe, multiple cities in the Ukraine, India, Canada and the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine & implement communication strategies, work plans, and communication artifacts for Global Talent’s critical priorities, inclusive of Namecheap University (NCU);

  • Create content and strategies to promote understanding and adoption of Global Talent’s line of services.

  • Work with NCU Development team members to write and edit content used on the NCU platform.

  • Increase NCU learner engagement through communication channels such as blogs and forum posts, newsletters and announcements, badges and awards.

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide communication for ramping up Namecheap University learner engagement and promote learning culture across the organization;

  • Support learning engagement by facilitating knowledge, learning & idea sharing across the organization; bring concepts such as social and mobile learning to life in content writing.

  • Collaborate with NCU team to develop and deploy NCU effectiveness evaluations through surveys, LMS reports, and communication with learners/stakeholders through different channels and reporting tools.

  • Organize and facilitate online learning sessions;

  • Provide support for virtual events held within Namecheap.

Preferred experience

  • 3+ years post-baccalaureate writing experience.

  • Experience writing for millennial audiences and/or the technology sector.

  • Have executed a successful global communication strategy

Will be closely working with

  • Namecheap’s HR Business Partners as well as the Director and Heads of each business unit in Global Talent. Also liaise frequently with all Namecheap business leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Writing, Communications, Liberal Arts or similar.

  • 3+ years post-baccalaureate writing experience.
