Price updates for WHMCS, cPanel, and VPS Hosting Plans
As part of ongoing vendor-related pricing updates across the hosting industry, several of our technology partners have announced changes that will take effect in January 2026. These updates affect WHMCS licenses, cPanel add-ons, and VPS hosting plans.
This blog outlines what’s changing, why it’s happening, and how it may impact your hosting package. All affected customers will also receive direct email notifications before any changes take effect.
WHMCS price updates
We are updating the pricing of WHMCS licenses for the following license tiers:
- Plus
- Professional
- Business
- Business 2500
- Business 5000
These changes affect customers using Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Server hosting plans. You can already purchase WHMCS licenses for VPS and Reseller hosting at the new prices.
For license renewals on VPS, Reseller, and Dedicated Servers, updated pricing will take effect on January 8, 2026.
Why are WHMCS prices changing?
These changes are driven by ongoing updates and improvements introduced by WHMCS to enhance security, automation, and usability, including:
- Admin invites – Quickly onboard new team members with stronger security controls
- Scheduled ticket actions – Automate follow-ups to keep support tickets moving efficiently
- Admin password resets – Reset user passwords directly from the Admin Area
- SocialBee AI-powered social media management – Offer social media management services directly through WHMCS MarketConnect
- PHP 8.3 support – Improved performance, bug fixes, and long-term platform stability
- New Getting Started Wizard experience – Faster, guided onboarding for new WHMCS users

We’ve done our best to minimize any immediate impact on our customers. However, due to vendor pricing adjustments, these changes are necessary at this time. All affected customers will be notified via email.
cPanel price updates
cPanel has also announced vendor price increases that will take effect in 2026. In response, we will be updating pricing for cPanel add-ons used with VPS and Dedicated Server hosting.
What’s Changing
- cPanel prices for Dedicated Server will change on Jan 12, 2026
- cPanel prices for VPS will change on Jan 13, 2026
- Pricing for ELS (Extended Lifecycle Support) licenses will be higher than the standard rate.
- NOTE: An ELS (Extended Lifecycle Support) license is required when running cPanel on an operating system that has reached end-of-life. Please note that we no longer provide technical assistance for servers running unsupported operating systems.
To avoid paying the higher ELS rate and return to the standard cPanel pricing, we strongly recommend upgrading your server to a supported operating system, such as AlmaLinux 8 or CloudLinux 8. You can follow our step-by-step upgrade guide here.

These price increases are a regular, industry-wide event, reflecting ongoing development, security updates, and platform maintenance. All affected customers will be notified via email prior to implementation.
