When & How to Process Renewals

Domains can be renewed at any time, but Private Email, SSL Certificates, and hosting plans can only be renewed automatically if you’re in the final month for yearly contracts, and in the final 2 weeks for monthly and quarterly contracts. If you aren’t in this period but would like to renew, open a support ticket with our billing team.
