Spotlight on: Sveta, Billing Manager
I joined Namecheap in 2010 as a hosting billing support representative, given my background in billing and accounting. Today, as a billing manager, I manage and coordinate the billing team as well as work on improving of billing processes to help provide the most effective workflow. My main goal is ensuring the highest level of support with all billing related questions that exceeds our highest expectations. I also enjoy reading, cooking, traveling and doing exciting things that make me happy.
