Get outdoors with these great domains

As the days get longer and warmer in the Northern Hemisphere, it’s time to put on some sunscreen and step outside.

We’ve put together a list of some domain name extensions that fit perfectly with spring and summer activities. Whether you want to show off your long afternoon trail .RUNs, post pictures of your .GARDEN, or just have some .FUN, here are some domains to consider.

Let’s go on .VACATIONS

The kids will be out of school for summer break soon —  and that means it’s time to travel. We need to make up for all of those missed vacations during Covid! If you are a travel blogger, travel agent, or run a vacation destination, there are some perfect domains available for you, starting with .VACATIONS. And for our European friends who like to call it “going on holiday,” you won’t be left out. Register your .HOLIDAY domain.

Namecheap customer Gocation Vacations uses the domain gocation.vacations to make it easy to plan an adventure, and endless.vacations offers vacation home rentals and exchanges.

Chicken golfing

Show off that .GOLF tan

What comes to mind when you think of summer sports? Certainly, there are a lot of rounds of .GOLF going on right now. Some Namecheap customers using .GOLF domains include 15club.golf, which offers a golf GPS rangefinder app, PGA professional Dean Dužaić, who uses dean.golf, and superwedge.golf, a new golf club brand.

And if hitting a tennis ball on the court is more your game, you can pick up a .TENNIS domain. For example, the Las Cruces Tennis Players Association uses the domain lascruces.tennis.

Both of these domains are open to anyone to register. If baseball is your favorite sport, you’re going to have to wait. Major League Baseball owns the rights to the .BASEBALL domain. Unfortunately, it hasn’t made the domain available to consumers yet.

Gearing up for a spring or summer marathon? Create a site that tracks your practice runs with a .RUN domain name. Or if you want to promote your exercise class, .FIT and .FITNESS encompass just about any sort of exercise or health class. Take your pick!

Namecheap customer Tommy Mitchell uses trainwithtom.fit to promote his exercise program and Laura Schellenberger uses Laurraaaw.fit for her coaching programs.

Chicken gardening

Tend to the .GARDEN

Spring means it’s time to tend to the garden. Plant some raspberries and strawberries and get ready for blooming flowers.

Show off your garden with a blog and a .GARDEN domain. Or garden for others and advertise it on a garden domain, like Namecheap customer Jordan, who runs Jor.gardens.

Bigger aspirations? You can always go with a .FARM domain.

Other warm-weather .FUN

Warm weather is all about going outdoors and having fun, which you can blog about on your .FUN domains.

Or if summertime means parties for you, you might pick up a .PARTY domain.

Find your domain

There are hundreds of domains to choose from at Namecheap, and you’ve probably never hard of some of the extensions. To find the right domain for you, try Beast Mode, which searches across hundreds of domain extensions at once. Have .FUN searching for your next domain!
