Apologies For Survey Mistake

Today Namecheap sent out a request intending to reach customers who have no current products with us, asking them to complete a survey:

We’d really appreciate it if you’d complete this short survey so that we can understand why you have decided to leave Namecheap, and so that we can do better in the future.

It came to our attention that this email and a link to the survey were also sent to some of our customers who still have products with us. That was an error on our part. We appreciate your business, and we’re glad you’re still with us.

We at Namecheap would like to reassure all of our current customers that your accounts remain secure and your products are not impacted. You do not need to take any further action.
