Management Options for VPS packages

We have 3 types of VPS management : Basic, Full and On Request.

Basic Management

Basic management is provided with any VPS package by default. We recommend this management option to those who have technical background and can manage/configure the server on their own.

    Basic Management includes

  • Hardware issues detection and resolution

  • Carrier uptime monitoring

  • Initial VPS setup and configuration

  • VPS reboot per customer’s request

  • OS re-setup and control panel re-installation

  • Assistance with basic services (apache, mail, sql) configuration

  • Standard software installation

  • Assistance with IPs allocations

  • Standard software upgrades per customer’s request

    • Full Management

    Full management option costs $30.00 per month and is provided ONLY with VPS packages that have cPanel/WHM installed on them. We recommend it to those who have no time to monitor/configure the server or have not enough technical knowledge for that. Our technical team will take care of the technical side and you will just work with your sites. With Full Management you receive everything included into Basic Management + additional assistance.

    Note: With Full Management you receive reseller level access, only our technical team will have root access as they will fully manage your VPS.   

    VPS Full Management includes

  • Hardware issues detection and resolution

  • VPS reboot per customer’s request

  • Assistance with basic services (apache, mail, sql) configuration

  • Standard software installation

  • Regular weekly software updates

  • Custom software installation and configuration upon request

  • Assistance with system services configuration

  • Regular VPS monitoring

  • Weekly file system snapshots

  • Weekly external backups which are done in online mode

  • DNS hosting for customer’s domain names

  • Priority support

  • Assistance with custom solutions

    • Management On Request

    “On Request” management is provided to any customer at additional rate of $15.00 per hour with a minimal increment of 20 minutes. It includes additional software installation, customized solutions, assistance with basic services, etc. We recommend this type of management to those who can manage VPS on their own but can require occasional assistance.  
    Please note that our technical team can refuse to assist due to technical or security reason, e.g. we can not guarantee stable or correct work of the solution you want to install on our servers.
