What does “Waiting for EPP Transfer Code from Customer” transfer status mean?

It means that we are waiting for you to enter EPP code so we could proceed with the transfer submission. Please contact your current registrar to obtain EPP code for your domain and enter it under Transfers in Progress section in your NameCheap account.
