Why don’t you allow transferring expired domains?
Some registrars don't release expired domains, so currently we only allow active domains to be submitted for transfer. We recommend that you first contact your registrar to find out if the domain will be released. If you are sure that they will release it, you may contact us via ticket or live chat to submit the transfer manually.
