How do I activate/deactivate Open-Xchange mailbox?
In order to activate or deactivate Open-Xchange mailbox, please do the following:
- Login to your Namecheap account
- Click on View next to Open-Xchange Email domains
- Click on the domain name you wish to activate or deactivate Open-Xchange mailboxes for
- Select the mailboxes and click on Activate or Deactivate button correspondingly
When deactivated it will not be possible to login to webmail or to send/receive new email, however the old mail will be kept on the server.
